About this product
This Nano Silver Coconut Carbon Block Filter combines high-grade coconut shell activated carbon with Nano Silver technology to provide effective water filtration. Coconut shell carbon contains a highly porous structure that provides a large surface area for adsorption, helping reduce chlorine, unpleasant tastes, odours and other contaminants from the water supply.
Nano Silver technology helps inhibit bacterial growth within the carbon cartridge, making the filter particularly well suited to rainwater tank applications.
The filter can be paired with sediment pre-filtration, such as a 20 Micron Polyspun Sediment Filter or 20–1 Micron Gradient String Wound Filter, as part of a multi-stage Whole of House or UV water filtration system.
Designed for 20" x 4.5" filter housings, this cartridge provides an effective carbon filtration stage for rainwater and other suitable water treatment applications.
For optimal performance, replacement frequency should be based on water quality, usage and system conditions.
