This String Wound Gradient Sediment filter is compatible with all standard housings, and offers great removal of dirt, dust and organic matter down to 1 micron. Used for Whole of House systems, we have found even after these filters have extensively used, that water pressure remains whilst still extracting sufficient sediment for Ultraviolet systems to operate efficiently. Replacement is recommended at least every 12-months, depending on water usage and environmental factors affecting your water quality.
